Oh yes…the ACTUAL massage is really 60-minutes long – not the condensed 50-minute session offered in spas.
Optional & complimentary. Heat opens up blood vessels, which increases blood flow & supplies oxygen& nutrients to reduce pain in joints & relax sore muscles, ligaments, & tendons. The warmth also decreases muscle spasms & can increase range of motion.

Specific massage techniques aimed at relieving chronic muscle conditions. Continuing regular massage therapy sessions helps to relieve chronic muscle tension and emotionally bound up tissue.
